Integrated Asset Management Claims Compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)

“Integrated Asset Management Corp. claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). Integrated Asset Management Corp. has been independently verified for the periods October 1st, 2005 to December 31st, 2017. The verification report(s) is/are available upon request. Verification assesses whether (1) the firm has complied with all composite construction requirements of the GIPS standards on a firm-wide basis and (2) the firm’s policies and procedures are designed to calculate and present performance in compliance with the GIPS standards. Verification does not ensure the accuracy of any specific composite presentation.”

In addition to the firm-ware GIPS verification, independent verifier EVIV Group completed a performance examination for the period from January 01, 2006 to December 31, 2017, of the GPM Fund 10-13 combined composite, IAM Private Debt Group composite, and IAM Infrastructure Debt Fund composite. It’s EVIV Group’s opinion that the performance results of these composites for the time periods referenced are presented in all material respects, in conformity with GIPS.

The GIPS standards are a set of standardized, industry-wide ethical principles that provide investment firms with guidance on how to calculate and report their investment results to prospective clients. The GIPS standards were created and are administered by CFA Institute, the global, not-for-profit association of investment professionals that awards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, among others.
